decent stay near the beach
beach pool helpful staff limited towels poor breakfast
the beach facing pool was really nice for me. the hotel provided towels and helped with anything we needed. i liked that they helped with everything.
i needed four towels but did not get that. breakfast was not great, and there was limited asian variety. we only got one extra bottle.

perfect beachfront experience
prompt service polite staff diverse cuisine
i was impressed by the prompt and courteous service at the front desk. the staff readily assisted with my luggage and provided a thorough overview of the resort's amenities. the direct pool access from my room made swimming convenient. i found the restaurant's menu diverse, offering both local and international cuisine.
the gym equipment is somewhat limited in variety.

the room featured a king-size bed with quality linen, ensuring restful sleep. a spacious bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the private terrace offered direct access to the pool and fine ocean views.

housekeeping provided daily cleaning service. the staff was very attentive and responsive to requests. i noted room service was available until 10 pm.

generally okay stay
lovely beach helpful staff weak pressure dirty pool
the hotel is right on a lovely beach, i liked that. there were beautiful swimming pools. i thought the staff was generally helpful. they were always smiling, which i thought was nice.
i found the water pressure in the shower was weak. it made it hard to take a good shower. the communal pool accessible from the room was also very dirty. i think they could clean that more often.
